Although our public courses cover a wide range of subject areas, the majority of our courses are now held In-Company. These workshops become very specific and deal with the real issues in the organisation, often looking at the processes and how we can improve the effectiveness of systems. Many companies are also requesting VJ Henderson Associates assistance in a mentoring capacity to assist with the upskilling of management teams and the refining of systems and processes.

In partnership we work closely with you to:

By managing the following steps, you will be able to ensure that you capitalise on your training investments when you send people to VJ Henderson Associates workshops.

  1. Pre-brief participants prior to workshop

  2. Set clear goals and objectives for the training

  3. Draw up a training agreement where possible

  4. Debrief participant post workshop

  5. Agree on 2-3 key points taken from the workshop
